Refund policy

We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, here's exactly how we handle it.

1. Your Right to Cancel (UK Cooling-Off Period)

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. Once you've told us you want to cancel, you then have a further 14 days to return the item (where a return is required — see Section 4).

To cancel, email us at vidhigohel21@gmail.com with your order number, quoting "Cancellation" in the subject line.

2. Order Processing & Shipping Times

Because we work with international suppliers, please allow 7–20 business days for delivery depending on your location. If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days of the confirmation email, contact us and we'll investigate or issue a refund.

3. Returns Window

You may request a return or refund within 30 days of delivery for any of the following reasons:

  • The item arrived faulty, damaged, or defective
  • You received the wrong item
  • The item significantly differs from its description
  • You've simply changed your mind (cooling-off period applies — see Section 1)

4. How Returns Work

For faulty, damaged, wrong, or not-as-described items:
Email [vidhigohel21@gmail.com] within 30 days with your order number and clear photos of the issue. In most cases, we'll issue a full refund or replacement without requiring you to send the item back — our supplier network means return shipping abroad is often impractical and costly for both sides.

For change-of-mind returns:
Email us within the cooling-off period above. Depending on the item, we may ask you to post it back to a return address we provide, or we may process a refund directly — we'll confirm which applies to your order when you contact us.

(If you'd rather require all change-of-mind returns to be physically shipped back, swap this paragraph — just let me know and I'll adjust it.)

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following can't be returned unless faulty:

  • Items marked as final sale or clearance
  • Personalised or custom-made items
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
  • Items that show signs of use beyond simply checking them, as you would in a shop

6. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the item is faulty, damaged, or our error: we cover all return costs (or, more commonly, no return is needed at all — see Section 4).
  • If you've changed your mind and a physical return is required: you are responsible for return postage, unless we state otherwise.

7. Refunds

Once approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. You'll receive an email confirmation once it's processed. Your bank or card provider may take a few additional days to show the funds.

8. Exchanges

If you'd like a different size, colour, or item instead of a refund, email us at [vidhigohel21@gmail.com] and we'll arrange this where stock allows.

9. Order Cancellations Before Dispatch

If you need to cancel before your order has shipped, contact us as soon as possible — we'll do our best to stop it before it leaves the supplier, but because fulfilment can begin quickly, we can't always guarantee this.
