We want you to know exactly what to expect when you order with us. Here's how shipping works.
1. Order Processing Time
Once you place an order, please allow 1–3 business days for processing before it ships. This is the time it takes our supplier to prepare and dispatch your item — it's separate from delivery time below. You'll receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped, along with tracking information where available.
2. Delivery Times
Because our products are sourced and shipped through international suppliers, delivery times are longer than typical UK retail shipping. Estimated delivery windows are:

These are estimates, not guarantees. Delivery can be affected by customs processing, courier capacity, public holidays, weather, or other factors outside our control.
3. Shipping Costs

Any customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees charged by your country are the customer's responsibility and are not included in the shipping cost shown at checkout.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch, as it can take a short time to register with the courier system. If your tracking shows no movement for more than 7 days, contact us at [vidhigohel21@gmail.com] and we'll look into it with our supplier.
5. Multiple Items, Multiple Packages
If you order more than one item, they may ship separately and arrive on different days, even if you paid one combined shipping fee. This is because items are often sourced from different suppliers or warehouses. You won't be charged extra for split shipments.
6. Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout. We are not responsible for orders that are delayed, lost, or undelivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at the time of order. If you spot an error, contact us immediately — once an order has been passed to our supplier for dispatch, we may not be able to change the address.
7. Failed or Returned Deliveries
If a package is returned to sender because it was unclaimed, refused, or undeliverable due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for any reshipping costs. If the item is sent back to our supplier rather than reshipped, we'll process a refund minus original shipping costs once it's confirmed returned.
8. Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not liable for packages confirmed as delivered by the courier's tracking but reported as lost or stolen after delivery (e.g. taken from a doorstep). We recommend choosing a secure delivery address. If tracking shows a package as lost in transit (i.e. never marked delivered), contact us and we'll investigate a replacement or refund.
9. Customs & Import Duties
International shipments may be subject to customs inspection and import duties or taxes set by your country's customs authority. These charges, if any, are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping fees. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.
